Koren Sprinkle, PE, PMP joins MSG, focused on Ohio, Pennsylvania & West Virginia

Koren Sprinkle is MSG’s new Business Unit Leader for Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. In her previous role as Operations Director, her focus was on successful commercial and financial management of a Transportation business. Koren brings 28 years of experience as a civil engineer, project manager, and operations director.

Located in our Cranberry, PA office, Koren will be accountable for more than a dozen offices, and will work closely with our business development leaders, market leaders, group managers and service lines. Her goals include strengthening collaboration amongst teams, identifying operational and financial strategy improvements, and ensuring technical excellence. In addition, she’ll support our people with a focus on retention and recruitment, and finding actionable ways to improve both the employee experience and project delivery. Koren’s leadership will allow our service line directors to focus more closely on their state-specific responsibilities.

Coming from a firm with more than 4,500 US employees, and 40,000 team members globally, Koren brings a big picture approach to MSG. She understands transformative infrastructure projects and will help connect our teams in meaningful ways, striving to support large-scale projects as well as small initiatives with local impact.
