Welcome Kali Kacher

MSG welcomes Kali Kacher to our talent acquisition team. Kali brings experience in high-volume recruiting, employer branding, and diversity initiatives. Her background aligns with MSG’s focus on building inclusive, people-centered teams. She approaches hiring with care, shaped by her work across a range of industries.

Before joining MSG, Kali worked at Vaco Detroit as a Senior Associate in Recruitment, where she managed both client relationships and candidate delivery. She brings expertise in sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement across technical, business, and healthcare sectors.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on marketing and management from Tennessee Wesleyan University. Kali is passionate about creating positive candidate experiences and building recruitment strategies that support long-term success.
