Welcome Frank Rudge, Director of Operations

Frank comes to us most recently from the WallacePancher Group, a division of The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. He brings a solid background in the professional services industry having spent the past 15 years leading operations at WallacePancher. Prior to WallacePancher, Frank held various roles leading operations for both domestic and international technical and customer facing teams in manufacturing and service operations and has significant experience in M&A. Frank has an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor’s in business administration from Westminster college.

During his time at WallacePancher, Frank led all aspects of company operations and M&A and was a key resource in the firm’s acquisitions and in the acquisition of WallacePancher by MSG.

At MSG, Frank will support and guide our Service Directors and their teams to improve operational and financial performance across all office locations.
