MSG proudly supports Veterans, National Guard, and Reserve Service employees. MSG Senior Vice President, Mark Smoley, PE, was recognized as a Patriotic Employer by the US Department of Defense, Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve program, for his support of staff with military service responsibilities. The Patriot Award reflects the efforts made by a supervisor to support Citizen Warriors through a variety of measures including flexible schedules, time off prior to and after deployment, caring for families and granting leaves of absence if needed. MSG’s Amanda Rosato nominated Mark for his championing of workplace giving and communication campaigns to foster a sense of home while she was overseas, and a warm welcome upon her return.
