Waterville Bridge - Happy 1st Birthday!

Happy First Birthday Waterville Bridge! One year ago the Ohio Department of Transportation opened the new Waterville Bridge to traffic. MSG served as the prime design consultant for the bridge, which traverses the Maumee River between Lucas and Wood Counties in the City of Waterville. Our time-lapsed video documents the construction of the bridge as it was constructed on parallel alignment with the existing, obsolete truss bridge. The new signature structure prioritizes river views with scenic, see-through railings, a shared use path, walkway and lookouts.
