Vandenbossche - New CFO of Trilon Midwest

The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. (MSG) and Trilon Group are pleased to announce the appointment of Steven E. Vandenbossche as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Trilon Midwest Platform (comprised of three companies: MSG, Gonzalez Companies and Fehr Graham Engineering & Environmental). Vandenbossche will work with the Platform Executive Team to lead financial reporting and accountability to all firms within the Midwest Platform. The Platform currently has nearly 800 employees across three companies. As part of Trilon Group’s people-first approach, Vandenbossche is promoted from within. The Midwest Platform is one of four platforms within the Trilon Group, comprised of 15 firms joined in a strategic alliance to provide superior solutions in water, transportation, environmental and community infrastructure markets.

A graduate of Wayne State University with a degree in Business Administration, Vandenbossche has over 30 years of accounting experience with 22 years in the architecture/engineering industry in financial accounting and management, Deltek Vision system integration, budgeting, and tax controlling. Since joining MSG in 2012, Vandenbossche has strengthened and expanded the capabilities of the firm’s financial control systems, helping MSG to grow 149% in his tenure and nearly 31% over the past 5 years. Vandenbossche will also continue his current role as MSG’s CFO.
