This 205 unit, 598 bed private housing project is located adjacent to the University of Toledo. The site is being privately developed by The NRP Group LLC, a full service, multi-family residential developer. NRP has developed a successful strategy for off campus student housing that blends apartment style multi-story buildings with low rise dormitory/studio style units, allowing a variety of housing options to fit students needs and preferences.

The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. (MSG) has provided consulting services for this development, including geotechnical engineering, ecological wetland consulting, surveying, conceptual site design, municipal entitlement reviews and assisted with the permit approval processes. Additionally, MSG is providing final construction document preparation for all site/civil work associated with this project and will continue providing services during construction, such as construction staking, administration and inspection/materials testing services.
