Toledo's Brownfield AWP is Featured in the Ohio EPA's April 2015 edition of SABR News

The Ohio EPA features the City of Toledo's Brownfield Area Wide Plan (AWP) for Toledo's Overland Industrial and Cherry Street Neighborhoods in the April 2015 edition of SABR News. Using a US EPA AWP grant, MSG and other team members worked with the City to identify and implement key initiatives to help address challenges in the 664-acre area north of downtown Toledo. Work groups identified ways to address issues such as health impacts from environmental contamination and crime, economic distress, population decline, low household income, and joblessness.
