Scott Quesenberry Named New Shareholder

MSG has named Scott Quesenberry as a shareholder to the ownership group of MSG. Quesenberry serves as Vice President of Ohio Construction at MSG and has more than 28 years of experience in construction inspection and materials testing for transportation projects including heavy civil, lead abatement and painting steel structures.

In his position, Quesenberrry works directly with ODOT, other transportation authorities and prequalified consulting firms to align the strengths of each inspector with the needs of each client and the work to be performed. His experience and understanding of ODOT, and personal network have allowed him to build construction inspection groups at two other firms prior to joining MSG. Quesenberry oversees all documentation and communication with each client to ensure satisfaction and quality of work.

Quesenberry’s experience, reputation and knowledge have helped grow MSG’s Ohio Construction Services group into one of the top-tier service providers in the state. MSG President and CEO, Richard F.
