Samantha Johnston found her fit at MSG!

“I like MSG because I enjoy the drafting and more technical side of civil engineering, but I still get to work with the environmental team. We collaborate on soil borings, and I also join them in the field to support their work,” said Samantha Johnston, Civil Engineer with MSG.

With three years of experience, Samantha recently joined MSG’s Grand Rapids, Michigan office. She holds an environmental engineering degree from Michigan Technological University, and previously worked as a conservation engineer.

Samantha selected MSG because of the mix of in-house disciplines working together.

“I’m trying to learn as much as possible, and that’s what’s great about MSG, there’s civil, but also environmental and geotechnical teams. It’s all interesting to me,” said Samantha.
