Reducing Erosion at Defiance's Pontiac Park

The City of Defiance, Ohio will be reducing erosion along Pontiac Park and other highly visible areas near downtown with a $400K Great Lakes Restoration Initiative (GLRI) grant. MSG is working with the city on the streambank restoration project and helped the city to apply for the GLRI funding. Minimizing erosion along the riverbank will help to improve water quality by reducing sediments flowing into the river.
