Our very own Philip Bauschard was highlighted in the Alumni Newspaper for Ohio University for his career in Archaeology. Phil is MSG’s Archaeological Field and Lab Director. His primary responsibilities include supervising field crews, conducting archaeological investigations, processing artifacts for analysis, analyzing prehistoric artifact assemblages, contributing material for technical reports submitted to state and federal agencies, and presenting archaeological findings to public audiences. The cultural resource services offered at MSG are part of the compliance requirements associated with federal historic preservation laws and regulations, including the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 (Sections 106/110), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Department of Transportation Act (Section 4f) and others. We help our clients navigate the regulatory process to obtain the federal permit, license or financial assistance necessary to realize a successful project. http://www.ohio-forum.com/2016...
