OhioCAT Peterbilt Perrysburg Time Lapse

MSG served as the lead survey, site/civil engineer and geotechnical consultant for the new 160,000-sf Ohio CAT facility on 40 acres on Eckel Junction Road in Perrysburg, along the I-475 corridor. Ohio CAT, The CAT Rental Store and Northern Ohio Peterbilt are housed on site with a 65,250-sf building for Ohio CAT’s machine sales, rental and administrative personnel, an 8,300-sf wash building and a 5,940-sf cold storage structure. In addition, Northern Ohio Peterbilt, the company’s highway truck dealership, is housed in a new 68,000-sf building adjacent to Ohio CAT with 26 service bays and a 7,400-sf cold storage structure. Marous Brothers Construction, based in Willoughby, Ohio, was the design/build contractor for the project.
