Kevin Lund, PE, CPG
Kevin has over 30 years of experience in environmental consulting, specializing in regulatory compliance and project management. He has led complex site characterization and remediation efforts under federal programs such as CERCLA, RCRA, and USEPA, as well as State of Michigan regulations.

Brenda Mockbee
Brenda is a Senior Engineer and Project Manager specializing in the design and management of infrastructure projects, including sewer and water main replacements, pavement improvements, and stormwater systems. She oversees all phases of municipal project administration—from pre-construction coordination to budget oversight and final documentation—ensuring smooth execution and clear communication. With extensive experience across Northeast Ohio, Brenda delivers high-quality engineering solutions tailored to each community’s needs.

Aaron Hacker, PE, CFM
Aaron is an experienced engineer and project manager with experience in stormwater, water, wastewater, transportation, and site development projects. He serves as Board Chair for the Michigan Stormwater-Floodplain Association and has led inspection services for major municipal projects in Detroit and Rochester. Aaron is also proficient in a wide range of engineering software, including MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and HEC-RAS.

Brian Kirk, PE
Brian is a seasoned project manager and construction engineer with experience in both major highway improvement projects and local community improvements. In addition to construction projects, Brian also has experience in roadway and interchange design, stormwater systems, traffic signals, and utility planning.

Jeremy Pickford, PE
Jeremy is an experienced professional engineer and project manager with a background in stormwater, water, wastewater, transportation, site development, and surveying. His work experience has ranged from local infrastructure improvements to private subdivision developments. Jeremy partners with clients to develop creative and efficient projects that meet their individual needs.

Austin Barga
Austin is a seasoned consultant who bridges the gap between livestock agriculture and industrial development, with a focus on securing regulatory approvals from state and environmental agencies. With over 150 successful permit applications, he helps clients streamline planning and permitting so they can focus on daily operations. Austin is passionate about supporting family-owned businesses and advancing waste management technologies for more efficient, compliant facilities.

Nicklaus Fawver
Nicklaus is a Landscape Architect responsible for providing project management and design services on a variety of development projects. He is the team leader for our Central Ohio Landscape Group and specializes in site planning, design development, landscape design, and construction documentation.
