MSG's Jean Hartline leads class at ODOT's Traffic Academy

MSG's Jean Hartline, PE, PTOE, shared decades of experience as she led a class in Traffic Signal Operations for the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Traffic Academy. Working with co-instructor John Albeck of Albeck Gerken, Jean covered a wide range of information on signal design and operations including plan presentation, signal time parameters, traffic modeling, preemption and quantity calculations. A leader in the traffic engineering field, Jean has helped to promote safety and effectiveness on thoroughfares throughout the Midwest.
