MSG's Senior VP, Mark Smoley will be on hand to welcome Paul Wojciechowski, PTTGC America, who will discuss the proposed world-scale ethane cracker plant in Mead Township. The envisioned petrochemical complex in Belmont County would bring thousands of construction jobs, and hundreds of permanent jobs to the Dilles Bottom-Shadyside area.
