MSG Appoints Steven Vandenbossche as CFO

The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. (MSG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Vandenbossche to the position of Chief Financial Officer. He joins Chief Executive Officer Richard Bertz, PE, PS and Chief Operating Officer, Dean Niese, PE — completing the MSG Executive Leadership Team.

Steven began his career with MSG in September of 2012, rising rapidly to his new position due to his demonstrated financial management and strategic planning skills, which were achieved and sharpened due to his previous work with Bureau Veritas, an international testing, inspection and certification firm with engineering and architecture functions and over 59,000 employees. In a statement by Richard Bertz, CEO, “Steven has the right skills at the right time as we implement our vision and new strategic plan for MSG. We are very excited to have Steven join our strong leadership team.”

Described by his high school teacher Mrs. Ford as a “natural accountant,” Steven not only has expansive knowledge of the finance realm, but is also well acquainted with computer system software implementations. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife Bushra, along with their two children Ali and Maha. Steven finds entertainment in science-fiction literature, television and film, and playing video games with his children.
