In April the Anthem Employee Assistance Program and Rajeev Nayak facilitated and presented a workshop on Fostering Inclusion in the Workplace. The seminar focused on identifying activities, attitudes and assumptions that exclude coworkers, then explored ways to create a truly welcoming office environment and improve corporate culture.
