Leadership Development Program - Year 8

On Friday December 3, 2021, MSG will kick off Year-8 of our Leadership Development Program (LDP), an internal, proactive, structured series of activities providing a pathway for career evaluation and progression within the firm. Over 60 MSG employees with diverse technical backgrounds have participated in the LDP since 2013, honing their leadership and communication skills, as well as engaging in business-focused training and awareness in Finance, Operations, Marketing/Business Development, Human Resources, Strategic Planning and Visioning, and Technical Expertise/Talent Management.
