Improving Water Quality Within Our Region

Algae was a topic at the Summer Supervisor’s School for board members and staff of the Ohio Federation of Soil & Water Conservation Districts. MSG’s Sally Gladwell, with Chris McGovern and Jason Ruff of Environmental Remediation Contractor, presented on Harmful Algal Bloom Reduction Through Dissolved Phosphorus Filtering.” Their presentation showcased a new and innovative technique for improving water quality in our region, which is host to the greatest source of fresh water in the world.
