Hooray for Hensville!

We're excited about the grand opening of Hensville this month in downtown Toledo and grateful to have been part of the team involved in making it a reality. MSG helped the Toledo Mud Hens baseball organization research funding strategies, prepare grant applications and comply with grant requirements to help bring the $21M Hensville project to fruition. We also provided the surveying services necessary to transform the downtown brownfield sites into an entertainment venue with a picturesque outdoor area and the previously vacant buildings into indoor, year-round dining and banquet space.
