Detroit's Monroe Blocks Project Moves Forward

Lots of excitement in Detroit as the $830M Monroe Blocks project moves forward as one of the City’s largest developments. Scheduled for completion in 2022 and located in the Central Business District, the Monroe Blocks will include a 35-story office tower, along with multi-level retail, residential units and parking. Nearly two acres of land will be converted into public space and pedestrian walkways. MSG is working with Turner Construction Company on the project, which is being led by Bedrock LLC.
