Congratulations to Brad Bice and Ibrahim Hodroj on their recent promotions in the Michigan Construction Services Group. Brad was promoted to the Michigan Group Manager, leading the construction group throughout MSG’s six Michigan offices. Ibrahim was promoted to the Monroe Office Team Leader, and will coordinate projects and operations for our Monroe office.
Brad Bice has been promoted to Michigan Construction Services Group Manager. Brad began with the firm over 15 years ago as a survey crew chief in our Dearborn office. Brad eventually transferred to the Monroe office where he continued as a crew chief until he made the decision to return to Eastern Michigan University to obtain his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. After a 2-year commitment of attending school full time, and working part time with the construction group, Brad returned to a full-time position as the Contract Administrator for the Michigan Construction Services Group. As a result of his continued growth and leadership abilities he was promoted to Team Leader where he has continued to build his project management, operational management and business development skills.
We are also excited to announce the promotion of Ibrahim Hodroj to Monroe Office Team Leader for the Michigan Construction Services Group. Ibrahim has been with the firm for nearly 18 years! He started in our Dearborn office in the Geo-environmental Group and spent his first 7 years assisting with geotechnical and geo-environmental focused projects. In 2006 Ibrahim transferred to what was then the “MDOT Construction Group”. Ibrahim quickly earned the trust and respect of many staff internally and to our clients we were working with. His attention to details and thoroughness in documentation of quality workmanship on local, state and federally-funded projects has resulted in the continued growth of the Michigan Construction Group to what it is today.
