Columbus Announces new Geoenvironmental Group

As we ring in 2019 we do so celebrating an important addition to our Columbus office and to our Ohio Geoenvironmental presence: Our Columbus office now includes a Geoenvironmental group managed by Larry Smith, CP, PE. The group includes Eric Van Heyde, John Thornburg, Nick Thompson, and Kris Cochran – staff whose tenures at MSG range from a few months to eight years. The formation of the group is a result of the strong and promising growth that has occurred in Columbus to serve our Ohio Geoenvironmental clients and others, especially over the last year. Columbus Geoenvironmental serves as the hub for MSG’s Ohio drilling program, meeting clients’ needs throughout Ohio and beyond. Geoenvironmental staff from Columbus will continue to work closely with our Geoenvironmental groups in Maumee, Cleveland, and Cadiz. This growth and establishment of a new group in Columbus is exciting and the result of diligent and strategic business development and project success by many.
