Clowning Around

MSG Chairman Emeritus Mike Smith (center) “clowning around” with fellow Clown Corps members Paul Toth, Toledo Lucas County Port Authority, and Joe Luzar, Mosser Construction today for Toledo’s Distinguished Clown Corps Downtown Holiday Parade. Each participant in the Clown Corps makes a donation to march in the parade wearing a custom-made clown suit while handing out candy to spectators. Funds raised by the Clown Corps help to fund the cost of the parade.
