City of Oregon’s Urban Runoff and Otter Creek Restoration Project Awarded Outstanding Small Project Award - Ohio ACEC

We are proud to announce the City of Oregon’s Urban Runoff and Otter Creek Restoration project was awarded the Outstanding Small Project Award in the 2022 Engineering Excellence Awards competition, sponsored by the American Council of Engineering Companies of Ohio (ACEC Ohio). The City selected MSG to provide the planning and detailed design for an urban runoff capture and treatment wetland system for the 43-acre watershed surrounding Otter Creek. Importantly, the project intercepts stormwater from an urban neighborhood and routes it to a new wetland system that provides natural filtration, valuable habitat, and attractive publicly-accessible greenspace. Greg Buhoveckey accepted the award on behalf of the MSG team at the 2022 Engineering Excellence Awards Ceremony.
