Celebrating Black History - Spotlighting Influential Black Engineers - Fred Pelham

At MSG, we strive to create a work environment that allows you to bring your full self to everything that you do. During the month of February, we’ll be highlighting influential Black engineers who did just that. They brought their whole selves to their work and in turn blazed a trail for everyone to follow. This week, we recognize Fred Pelham, structural and civil engineering extraordinaire and the first African-American ever to receive an engineering degree from the University of Michigan.
