Brownfield JEOPARDY! a Hit at the 2016 Brownfield Conference

Marc Gerdeman from the City of Toledo and Sally Gladwell and Elizabeth Lopez from MSG shared the results and ongoing activities of the US EPA-funded Toledo Area-Wide Plan Project at the 2016 Ohio Brownfield Conference. Attendees learned about evolving strategies to redevelop brownfields, as well as the key initiatives, local partnering and leveraged accomplishments that are helping transform a 664-acre area northwest of downtown Toledo. After the AWP overview, some stayed to play Brownfield JEOPARDY! to test their knowledge of EPA processes, grants, and other programs that strive to rebuild targeted Ohio neighborhoods.
