Asbestos Testing Lab

MSG operates its own National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) asbestos lab (Lab Code 600212-0), home to a team of skilled analysts with expertise in identifying and quantifying asbestos in submitted samples. The lab services a wide range of clients, from homeowners, commercial businesses, schools, municipalities, and healthcare facilities.

Based in Canton, Michigan, MSG’s lab provides services nationwide. Our team handles bulk materials samples for analysis through polarized light microscopy (PLM), and air samples and analysis using phase contrast microscopy (PCM). We provide clients with detailed reports containing analysis results entailing identification and quantification.

Led by our Laboratory Director, Janae Washington, the lab collaborates closely with MSG’s environmental services teams to ensure the highest quality results.
