AIA Detroit People's Choice Award Winner - ProMedica Corporate Headquarters!

We are proud to be a member of the project team for the ProMedica Corporate Headquarters project, winner of the 2018 AIA Detroit People’s Choice Award! MSG provided civil engineering, surveying, site plan approval/permitting, subsurface utility engineering, and FEMA compliance for the project, which features the adaptive re-use of a historic steam plant on the Maumee River, in the heart of downtown Toledo. In addition to corporate office space, the headquarters building includes a YMCA and two restaurants. Adjacent to the headquarters, the newly updated Promenade Park is part of the master plan for the Toledo waterfront and includes new landscaping, a variety of spaces to host public concerts, festivals, and engaging public art installations, as well as a new multi-story above and below ground parking garage.
