Survey Project Manager
Canton, MI, Toledo, OH
The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc., a premier Civil Design Engineering and Environmental Consultant Company with offices located throughout the country.
We currently have an opening for a Survey Project Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Prepare project proposals and cost estimates
• Compile and research projects as needed prior to starting work.
• Analyze deeds and research materials for the production of the survey.
• Assure that all projects stay on schedule and within budget and discuss any issues/discrepancies with Supervisor if needed.
• Coordinate with the field crew supervisor your project needs and work with field staff to assure desired product from the field.
• Perform QA/QC on boundary and topographic projects.
• Monitor each project to ensure that client is satisfied with the service and product and that all aspects of the scope have been performed fully and correctly
Requirements:
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D or Open Roads Designer
• Experience with Trimble Business Center is a plus
• Licensed Professional Surveyor (Michigan preferred, will consider SIT or other states)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with approved/acceptable driving history
Candidate must have valid and practical experience in surveying and project management to be considered for this role.
