Survey Field Technician
Toledo, OH, Adrian, MI, Canton, MI
Our Survey Team is seeking Survey Crew Technicians for multiple openings for our Ohio / Michigan Survey operations! We’re open to hire candidates of any experience level. A successful candidate will be responsible for performing general operations with the survey group. These operations vary depending on the amount of experience the candidate has. Must be open to field work, learn all aspects of surveying, and willing to be hands on.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Candidate will assist the survey group with all aspects of field operations.
This is a full-time field position that will be involved in ALTA/NSPS surveys, boundary surveys, & topographic surveys.
Some projects may require work on construction sites, industrial areas and facilities, and in and around water.
Candidate will also assist with equipment maintenance and keeping inventory of necessary supplies.
Knowledge of survey equipment in optional.
Experience with Trimble Robotic Total Stations, GNSS, and data collection systems a plus. Must be a Licensed Professional Surveyor, currently licensed, or able to obtain licensure, in the State of Ohio / Michigan. Licensure in surrounding states is a plus.
