Structural Engineer IV
Monroe, MI
Due to a continued growth within our Transportation Group, a new opening is available in our Monroe, Michigan operation for a Mid to Senior Level Structural Engineer. The best fit candidate should be able to complete design computation in accordance with current building code requirements.
Responsibilities Include:
Design and plan development of residential, industrial, and commercial buildings and structures.
Ensure projects are up to the clients standards.
Projects must comply with applicable codes and regulations.
Project assignments will be primarily in Ohio, West Virginia, and Michigan with additional out of state assignments possible.
Candidate will be assigned to our Transportation Group,
Licenses & Requirements:
AutoCAD / Microstation experience.
Must be able to positively communicate & coordinate with team members!
Knowledge of design of steel, concrete and timber.
Understanding and experience of structural software such as RISA or STAAD is preferred.
