Candidate should have 5+ years’ experience in construction inspection and/or materials testing for WVDOH construction projects. WVDOH Level III or IV Technician certification is strongly preferred. A two year degree in civil engineering technology is preferred but not required. Candidates with Level II certification may be considered. Candidate will perform a wide variety of construction engineering services including project documentation, construction observation and quantity reviews for roadway and/or bridge construction projects.
