Responsibilities will include managing CQA and Construction projects; assisting in establishing CQA service standards across different MSG business sectors resulting in streamlined and effective CQA procedures. Primary duties are to develop, implement and adjust, when necessary, plans and procedures to assure smooth construction observation and communications resulting in conformance with requirements set forth in project authorizing documents/applicable rules and high-quality project completion. The projects will primarily be related to the agricultural and solid waste sectors. Mentoring, training and coaching both current and new CQA technicians to achieve excellent results is also a specific role MSG is expecting the manager to fulfill.
