Talent Acquisition Specialist

Candidates for this position will be working in a collaborative team environment as part of the Human Resources group. The role requires a self-motivated, organized, team player who is detail-oriented, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, strong collaboration skills, and has demonstrated professional conduct.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for assisting Managers in successfully recruiting candidates for all open positions. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate and/or agency recruiting. Engineer talent acquisition experience also required.

Responsibilities will include:
• Utilizing sourcing tools to expand talent pipelines for open jobs and future needs including social media resources, virtual and in-person hiring events, job boards, high schools, colleges and universities, industry related sites, etc.
• Source and screen qualified candidates. Determine which candidates are passed to hiring managers. Manage interview schedules.
• Work with Marketing department to create and implement marketing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict recruiting activity.
• Manage and process open position requisitions for operations leaders.
